Wow! How quick does 8 weeks go. Check out our results. Some people have done multiple challenges so I have put their first challenge photos up so you can see what being consistent can achieve.
For those interested in our next challenges. It will be starting at the end of April.

I just completed my first 8 week bootcamp with Steve at the Bulldog Gym. I quickly moved on from the shock of that first week – getting up so early for the 5 am starts and the soreness – to looking forward to each session. Steve is such a friendly, energetic and inspiring trainer. He continually encouraged me to work to my max and, importantly, reminded me never to compare myself with others. The positive and fun atmosphere that Steve promoted among our group was another reason why his bootcamp was so successful in getting results. I’m now looking forward to the Smash Camp next week and have already signed up for my next Bootcamp!
5 weeks ago I started with Steve and Bulldog gym, joining in on the 8 week challenge. I needed a challenge and shake up to my regular route. 
I still remember my first session thoughts running through my mind think what have I got myself into. But my confidence and walls came down daily and I began to feel like the old me. I love attending each session not only to be the best version of me but to be apart of an amazing talented team who inspire and push each other. Can’t wait to grow and challenge myself more with Smash Camp. 
All I can say is the best confidence you can wear is a smile and holding your head high. That has been given back to me with Bulldog Gym 🤗
Mum was back for another challenge. As always she trains the house down. Mum lost almost 4kgs this challenge. If everyone had your training ethics in the gym we would be smashing it even more!!
