Lai has arrived from Thailand yesterday. He will be here for the next 3 months. With over 200 fights he brings a wealth of knowledge to Bulldog Gym. If you would like to do some personal training with Lai we are doing a pt package for him.

Wow did Luke put on a performance for his first fight. Head kicks massive knees, he did it all. The only thing was the judges didnt see it the same way. But thats fighting. Super proud of Luke.
